Class XII Hosted a Memorable Assembly Honouring Achievers and Artistry
Delhi Public School, Rourkela came alive with joy and pride as the students of Class XII hosted a special morning assembly that showcased talent, tradition, and achievement.
The centre of celebration was Dhriti Parmar, who secured a phenomenal 99.6% in the CBSE Class XII Board Examinations, emerging as the State Topper and securing All India Rank 2. A student of DPS Rourkela since Class IV, Dhriti had earlier topped Class X with 98.4% and served as the Head Girl for the session 2023–24. In the Class XII Board Exams, she achieved a perfect score of 100 in Business Studies, Accountancy, Economics, and Data Science. A State-level Basketball player, she is admired for her academic brilliance, humility, and leadership.
The school also honoured Vikram Singh, who won top prizes in a national-level powerlifting competition conducted by the Indian Powerlifting Federation. Several other students were recognised for their achievements in English and Odia debates, quizzes, music, and drawing competitions organised by various institutions, reflecting the diverse brilliance of the student body.
