I am delighted to take this opportunity to introduce myself as the new principal of Delhi Public School Rourkela, Odisha! It is indeed thrilling to be joining such a dedicated staff and community that make the school a great place for students to learn and grow.
Allow me to share a bit about myself. I bring with me nearly three decades of experience in education, with a strong passion for academic excellence, personal growth, and a safe and inclusive learning environment. I have carried all my assignments with passion and dedication with my students exhibiting 100% results for more than a decade and exceptional results in competitive examinations. My educational journey has given me the privilege of working in various educational roles, such as an educator, counselor, mentor and school leader. Each of these experiences has provided me with valuable insights into the diverse needs of students, parents, and educators.
At DPS, Rourkela, Odisha, my goal is to build upon and continue the existing culture of excellence and achievement and work collaboratively with exceptional staff to provide an enriching educational experience for all students. I believe in fostering a positive and inclusive school culture that celebrates student success in all areas, promotes positive citizenship, and values the unique talents and contributions of every learner.
I firmly believe that open communication and collaboration are essential to student success, and I encourage parents and guardians to actively engage in their child's education and participate in the vibrant school community. Throughout the school year, you can expect regular updates on important events, academic achievements, and extracurricular activities through newsletters, emails, and updates.
